The Founder & CEO, Kawana Dias dos Santos, is from São Paulo, Brazil. Kawana is a former college basketball player who made her way to the United States to fulfill her childhood dream of playing college basketball and attending an American university. Her journey was one of determination, resilience, and unwavering passion for the game. Through her experience as a student-athlete, Kawana gained invaluable knowledge and insight into the world of college sports, learning firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with them.
Basketball has always been more than just a game for Kawana; it has been a driving force in her life, shaping her character and instilling in her a deep love for sports. The lessons she learned on the court—discipline, teamwork, perseverance—are the very principles that guide her as a sports agent today. Kawana’s passion for basketball has seamlessly transitioned into a passion for helping other athletes achieve their dreams.
